The Palace Suite was extraordinarily spacious, with a massive, plush bed that made for a restful night. The modern aesthetics of the room were truly impressive, blending luxury with comfort seamlessly. The rooftop pool area was a welcome retreat, providing a serene escape with stunning views. I greatly appreciated the attentive staff at the spa, who made my experience there exceptionally relaxing.
The check-in process was slightly disorganized, which could benefit from better management.

the okura is in an excellent location, just a short drive from naia terminal 3. we loved the rooftop pool area with stunning views, and the king room was super spacious and comfortable. the spa facilities were a fantastic place to relax after our day.

Surprised by the luxurious Palace Suite, our honeymoon finale was magical! The massive comfortable bed and modern aesthetics made our stay exceptional. We adored the sprawling rooftop pool and meticulously designed spa. The attentive staff truly enhanced our experience. Dining at Yamazato was a culinary treat! Can't wait to return!
